Driving Opportunities:

Our standards and expectations for our professional drivers are high. Our excellent compensation package is commensurate with our expectations.

We are looking for the industry's elite, professional, safe, responsible and reliable drivers who:

• Are at least 23 years of age
• Have 2 years OTR experience
• Have a good driving record
• Possess a professional attitude

Leavitt's has three divisions for the professional driver:

• Tractor-Semi Trailers
• Truck & Full Trailers
• Boom Trucks

Leavitt's excellent benefit package includes:

• After 1st year - 1 Week

Insurance Cost:

401k Plan:

401k Plan: Leavitt's offers a 401k -retirement plan to all employees. Employees are eligible to participate on the first enrollment date (March 1st & September 1st ) following 1 year of employment. The employee is 100% vested at all times.

Leavitt's will match 50 cents of each dollar an employee contributes to their 401k up to a maximum of $25.00 per month. The company match is also 100% vested.

Flex-Spending Plan:

125c Plan : Leavitt's also offers it’s employees a 125c Premium-Only Plan allowing the employee to pay health-related insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars.

Life Insurance:

Leavitt's provides $25,000 in Accidental Death, Dismemberment, and Life Insurance coverage on every employee.
