Leavitt's offers one of the finest Net Lease Programs on the West Coast. Our program insulates you from the fluctuating cost of fuel, from "backhaul" rates and from high insurance prices. We pay you to do what you do best: move freight!

• Leavitt's rents your equipment and the company pays the operating costs including: fuel. insurance, prorate. taxes, permits, and tolls.
• We hire you as a Leavitt's employee with the same benefit package provided to all our company drivers, including workers compensation coverage.

Wage & Equipment Rental Per Mile Rate at Time of Hire:

Annual merit increases can be earned by successfully meeting our Safety, Compliance and
Performance Goals.

All miles are paid using PCMiler Practical or Reasonable

LEAVITT'S NEVER PAYS SHORTEST MILES

We also pay:

• Pickups & Drops: $10.50 for every stop
• Tarping pay:
  $16.00 for Tarping
  $16.00 for Un-tarping
  (Max of $32.00 per movement)

Owner Operator equipment requirement:

• Maximum tractor weight, full of fuel and road ready - 21,000 lbs.
• Minimum front overhang: 3' over the front of the trailer.
